The mosif AM box: a green box with a sunrise ring, 28 sachets on a continuous roll, and a calendar on top
first box on us

The founding deal

Free vitamins, for science.

We're building mosif with a small founding group. You get your first AM box and PM box free, 28 days of each. We get your honest data: how you slept, how you felt, what you actually took.

You get

  • Your first AM + PM box, free
  • A dietitian you can text
  • A say in what mosif becomes

You give

  • A tap on the box each day
  • A quick check-in on day 17
  • Your metrics, if you want to share them (wearables, bloodwork, all optional)

Here's what happens.

  1. 1

    Meet Leah.

A Zoom call with your dietitian. Bring your goals, your questions and an honest picture of your routine.

  2. 2

    Open your cabinet.

Show us everything you take today. We'll go through it together: what's working, what's doubling up, and what you can let go of.

  3. 3

    We design your boxes.

A protocol built for you, on your schedule, reviewed by Dr. Zelensky. Often fewer pills than you take now.

  4. 4

    Your boxes arrive.

AM for the kitchen, PM for the bathroom. 28 dated sachets in each.

  5. 5

    We stay with you.

Daily taps, a day-17 check-in, and a real person to text whenever you need one.

the one rule

The cabinet swap.

Gather every vitamin and supplement you take right now. Put them all in a box. Put that box away, out of the kitchen and out of the bathroom. In their place: your mosif AM and PM boxes. Less stuff, often fewer pills, on a schedule made just for you.

Prescriptions stay exactly where they are. This swap is for vitamins and supplements only, and Leah will tell you if anything else should stay.

What's it worth?

We'll let you decide. It's a few hours of a registered dietitian, a physician and a caring friend, building a protocol that's right for you. For founding members, it's on us.

After your first 28 days

Show up, tap your box, share your data, and you'll be invited to keep going with a follow-on subscription, for science.

Your data is scrubbed and never tied to your name. It only helps us design better products.

Your data helps the next person figure out what works. Health, figured out together.

How it works

Pick where you start.

Start from a stack

Browse stacks built by real people, like a mom of three or a 46-year-old runner, and take one exactly as they do.

Make it yours

Start from someone's stack and add what you need.

Their stack, plus you.

Go fully custom

Upload your metrics, tell us what's in your cabinet, and Leah designs your protocol from scratch.

Then, 28 days.

  1. 1

    Day 1

    Tear, take, tap.

One sachet in the morning, one at night, each dated. Tap the box to keep your streak.

  2. 17

    Day 17

    Your check-in with Leah.

17 taps in, she checks in to see how you're holding.

  3. 28

    Day 28

    Next box, already planned.

We build your next box from what we learned.

Two boxes, two moments

Morning and night, where you already are.

AM box

Lives in the kitchen. Taken with breakfast, at sunrise.

Here's your morning. Sun's up, and so are you.

PM box

Lives by the bathroom sink. Taken as you wind down for the night.

Phone goes in the other room. Rest is next.

Shimon Laber

Founder · Customer #1

Shimon's schooling ended in elementary school; his education never did. Self-taught in behavioral psychology and metabolic biology, he spent decades building large-scale operations, then turned that rigor toward longevity, hand-building supplement protocols and accountability systems for the people closest to him. mosif.health turns that architecture into your daily habit.

"Your biology is an operating system. We provide the architecture. You become the operator."

Every day is a holiday.

You prepare for a holiday a month ahead. We plan your boxes the same way, always 30 days out, so by the time you need the next one, it's already decided.

Founding group

Count me in.

A small, hands-on group. Your first AM and PM box are free, Leah designs them with you, and we'll text you within a few days to get started.

We keep in touch by text.
How do you want to start?

We'd love to do this with a varied cohort. We're seeking men and women ages 35 to 55 who:

  • have some desire to be supplementing and taking vitamins
  • have tried and worked in the past on finding consistency and routine
  • have been given doctor recommendations to supplement
  • have any other good reason you think you should be part of the program
Use this text box to write any kind of intro to yourself and why you think you would be a good candidate for our community as we gain insight into designing this product.

What's actually free?

Your first AM box and PM box, 28 days of each.

Who designs my vitamins?

Leah Lubar, our registered dietitian, working from your goals, your routine and what's already in your cabinet. Every formula in our library is reviewed by Dr. Zelensky.

What data do I share, and who sees it?

Only what you choose: daily taps, your day-17 check-in, and any metrics you opt to share. It's scrubbed and never tied to your name, and it only informs how we design mosif.

What happens after my first box?

On day 17, Leah checks in, and together you decide what your next 28 days look like, with your next box already planned and adjusted to what we learned.
